Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the ESSESS Foundation website, online forms, programme submissions, support requests, coaching services, and related platforms. By accessing or submitting any request, application, or service enquiry through this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Service Requests and Programme Submissions
By submitting a form or request through this website, the applicant agrees to these Terms and Conditions and confirms that all information provided is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge.
Submitting an application, request, or expression of interest does not guarantee approval, service provision, financial assistance, or selection. All submissions will be reviewed in line with applicable eligibility criteria, assessment protocols, and verification processes.
The Foundation has full discretion to approve, partially approve, defer, reject any request.
All decisions are made in good faith and in alignment with programme objectives and available resources. All decisions made by ESSESS Foundation regarding applications, assistance, or programme participation are final and may not be appealed or legally challenged.
2. Processing Time, Review Procedure, Form of Assistance
Processing times may vary depending on programme type, documentation requirements, verification needs, and organisational capacity. Applicants are advised that reviews may take time, and the Foundation is not obligated to provide immediate responses or outcomes.
The Foundation may request additional information or supporting documents for verification purposes. Submission of documents does not constitute approval, confirmation of support, financial assistance, or entitlement to services.
The assessment approach may vary depending on programme objectives, donor conditions, and available resources.
All assistance is subject to the availability of funds, donations, and resources at the time of review. Submission or prior approval does not create an obligation if resources become unavailable or circumstances materially change.
Where programmes provide in-kind assistance (such as education support, food supplies, equipment, or services), the Foundation is not obligated to provide cash assistance and may provide support in alternative forms at its discretion.
The Foundation may request progress updates, receipts or documentation, photos or evidence of us, follow-up interviews or reports. Failure to comply may affect eligibility for ongoing or future assistance.
Support is provided without discrimination based on gender, disability, political belief, or social background — except where programme scope or donor conditions lawfully require specific targeting.
3. Confidentiality of Information
All information submitted to the Foundation will be handled with care and treated confidentially in line with the Foundation’s internal safeguarding and data-protection practices. Information may only be shared where required for assessment, compliance, safety, or legal purposes.
With consent, the Foundation may share anonymised stories, reports, or acknowledgement of support for awareness and accountability purposes. Beneficiary identity will not be disclosed without permission unless legally required.
4. Coaching, Mentoring and Advisory Support
Where the Foundation provides coaching, guidance, mentoring, or motivational support services, these activities are intended solely for personal development and wellbeing support. They do not constitute clinical, medical, psychological, legal, or therapeutic services, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Foundation. Individuals requiring professional therapeutic or medical intervention are encouraged to seek licensed professional support.
5. SS Care Hotline – Disclaimer
The SS Care Hotline is intended as a listening, support, and referral platform for individuals seeking guidance, assistance, or emotional support. Hotline representatives are not emergency responders, law-enforcement officers, or licensed trauma therapists, unless specified.
In cases of danger, immediate threat, or emergency, users are advised to contact local emergency services, law enforcement, or appropriate authorities first. The hotline may provide referral information where possible but cannot guarantee outcomes, case resolution, or intervention services.
6. Planned and Progressive Programme Implementation
Programmes, projects, and initiatives described by ESSESS Foundation reflect current plans and intentions. Activities may be introduced progressively over time, depending on available resources, partnerships, funding, and organisational capacity. Not all programmes may commence immediately, and the Foundation reserves the right to amend, postpone, or discontinue initiatives where necessary.
7. Rights and Ownership
Receipt of assistance does not create an employment relationship, partnership, agency, or any legal obligation beyond the approved support agreement.
All content, materials, and programme frameworks on this website are the property of ESSESS Foundation. All rights are reserved. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent of the Foundation.
8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
ESSESS Foundation reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with the date of revision indicated. Continued use of the website or submission platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
