Logo & Brand Usage Guidelines
The ESSESS Foundation logo/s represents our identity, values, and commitment to dignity, responsibility, and community service. To protect the integrity of our brand, the logo must be used carefully and only in accordance with the following guidelines.
These guidelines apply to partners, collaborators, donors, sponsors, designers, media agencies, and any third parties authorised to display or reference the ESSESS Foundation identity.
Any unauthorised use, modification, misrepresentation, or reproduction of the ESSESS Foundation logo or identity is strictly prohibited. The Foundation reserves the right to request removal or correction of any improper use.
1. Authorisation & Permissions
- The ESSESS Foundation logo may only be used with prior approval from the Foundation.
- The logo may not be edited, altered, reconstructed, or adapted in any way.
- Use of the logo does not imply endorsement or partnership unless formally stated in writing.

2. Correct Logo Usage
When using the ESSESS Foundation logo:
- Maintain the logo in its original proportions and design
- Ensure the logo is clear, readable, and not distorted
- Use the logo on clean, uncluttered backgrounds
- Allow sufficient clear space around the logo to ensure visibility
The logo must not be:
- Stretched, compressed, tilted, rotated, or distorted
- Recoloured or displayed in unapproved colour variations
- Placed over busy or low-contrast backgrounds
- Combined with other symbols, shapes, or text
- Used in a way that may imply political, commercial, or personal endorsement
- Used for fundraising, promotional, or campaign material without permission
3. Co-branding & Partner Use
Where the logo appears alongside other partner or sponsor logos:
- ESSESS Foundation branding must retain its visual integrity
- The layout must be respectful, balanced, and approved before publication
- Co-branding must not conflict with the Foundation’s values, ethics, or mission
