She currently serves as the Managing Director of Around the Maldives (UAE), where she leads strategic development, operations, and international partnerships within the travel sector.

She is seasoned Learning and Development Specialist with over a decade of experience in training professionals in different managerial roles within the aviation industry and the corporate arena of Maldives. In addition to her role as a professional trainer, she has also served as a Lecturer in the education sector teaching subjects in the field of Human Resources, Marketing and Strategic Management.

With a career rooted in operational excellence and industry leadership, Reesha has built a reputation for combining technical precision with forward-thinking management. Her work reflects deep expertise in customer experience and strategic performance management for organisational growth.

Beyond her executive role, she is an active committee member of the Women in Aviation Association, Singapore, advocating for greater inclusion and leadership opportunities for women in the field.
