Aminath Shifana is a project management professional with an MSc in Civil Engineering and nearly a decade of experience in climate resilience and infrastructure development. She has contributed to major development initiatives in collaboration with UNDP, UN Women, and GIZ, bringing both technical expertise and a strong commitment to sustainable impact.

In addition to her work in international development, Shifana specialises in high-end luxury resort construction within the private sector, combining strategic oversight with practical execution.

She currently serves as Project Director at the Ministry of Finance and Planning, where she leads and oversees the Public Investment Infrastructure Portfolio, driving forward key national development projects.
